D.I. had the rare opportunity to perform with Pato Banton at The Music Farm and Ziggy’s. Pato is fronting the Mystic Roots Band out of San Diego. Mystic Roots is a rock solid riddim band. Dub Island was impressed.
We opened for Pato alongside Gullah Roots in Chucktown. We’ve been flinging Pato tunes inna dance from long time. So it was a solid honor to reason with him.
In NC, Pato took the MIC and blessed the crowd at Ziggy’s with a medley of new and classic material with Ras selecting.
